    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Trinity Solar is seeking full time qualified candidates for the Salesforce Admin position to join our New Jersey team in our corporate headquarters in Wall, New Jersey. Working under the supervision of the Salesforce Architect/Manager, the role will support all of Trinity’s Salesforce CRM Users.

    Responsibilities

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and provide effective ongoing support of the daily, weekly and monthly administrative activities of maintaining Salesforce CRM platform.
    • Manage workflow rules, triggers, action items, approval processes, security validations
    • Manage data quality & integrity, de-duplication, error logs, user administration.
    • Helping users develop or fine-tune reports and dashboards to yield meaningful metrics.
    • Generate pipeline reports and tracking opportunity changes, leads, and contacts.
    • Create and maintain user roles, profiles, campaigns, and record types

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • College degree or related work experience. Minimum 2 years of related experience.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platforms.
    • A familiarity with SFDC development tools, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning, and VisualForce (not required).
    • Ability to thrive in a team atmosphere with the confidence to adjust and adapt as priorities change.
    • Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills are paramount.
    • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees within the organization.
