    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Trinity Solar is seeking qualified candidates for the Jr. PM /PMO Analyst position to join our New Jersey team in our corporate headquarters in Wall, New Jersey. The PMO maintains the Project & Program Management methodologies, processes, tools and reporting for all Technology projects. Our focus is to build a mature PMO by institutionalizing the adoption of agile practices, consistent reporting and practical support to projects. This role will require regular interaction with inter/cross-departmental peers as well as management.

    Responsibilities

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Jr. PM / PMO Analyst will support the Program Management Office (PMO) in multiple areas, including all project management activities, application development lifecycle (for both waterfall and agile practices), performance metrics collection, reporting and communications.

    • Define and Document project scope, requirements, and appropriate project phase deliverables that support business goals.
    • Work collaboratively with multiple departments to support timely closeout of projects
    • Facilitate meetings with clear agenda and post follow up. Manage risks.
    • Manage project dependencies and critical path.
    • Develop full-scale project plans.
    • Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely
    • Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
    • Manage application implementations and enhancements.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • College degree or related work experience.
    • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
    • Managing software development and implementation experience.
    • Ability to thrive in a team atmosphere with the confidence to adjust and adapt as priorities change.
    • Participation in a project team that followed a structured project management methodology (e.g. project planning, regular schedule and resource updates, weekly status meetings, and reports)
    • Possess an understanding of SDLC processes and IT technologies
    • Familiar with a variety of Project Management concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Executes plans, delivers business goals and implements change
    • Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills are paramount.
    • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees within the organization
