ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Trinity Solar, the Northeast’s largest privately-owned solar integrator, is looking for a Project Concierge/Customer Service Rep to assist with all solar installation projects for our office located in Ronkonkoma Long Island. The Project Concierge/Customer Service Rep is responsible for the movement of all solar projects from contract signing through permission to operate, in addition to maintaining a positive customer experience. An ideal candidate for the Project Concierge/Customer Service Rep will be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team to attain set goals. This person must be able to adapt well to change, work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, and be willing and able to travel to our corporate office in Wall, NJ for a minimum of a week for training. Hours for the Project Concierge/Customer Service position are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
