    Trinity Solar is seeking qualified candidates for the Service Electrician position for our Connecticut
    office located in Cheshire, CT. The Service Electrician is a full-time position which will be responsible for ensuring that Trinity Solar installations are executed to code and meet Trinity Solar company standards. The Service Electrician will responsible for working with the service, installation, and inspection teams as well as coordinating such projects with various internal departments at Trinity Solar.



    • Install electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices required for the installation of

    residential solar PV systems;

    • Ensure electrical systems meet all company standard job specifications, the National Electrical Code requirements, and other relevant local codes;
    • Keep service van stocked properly;
    • Coordinate and communicate with electrical inspectors on projects as needed;
    • Correspond professionally with homeowners; and
    • Provide regular updates of job status, complete necessary paperwork and photos.


    • W-2 Hourly Wage (Compensation based on experience);

    • Connecticut E1 or E2 Electrical License required;
    • National Electrical Code (NEC) knowledge required;
    • Solar experience preferred but not required;
    • Must be willing to work in attics and crawl spaces, and on roof tops;
    • Work safely on roofs for extended period of time;
    • Safely ascend and descend ladders;
    • Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 to 50 lbs; and
    • Good mechanical skills set, such as: working with hands, tools, climbing, good sense of balance, bending, kneeling, crouching, etc.
