    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Trinity Solar, the Northeast’s largest privately-owned solar integrator, is looking for a Warehouse Associate for our Northern Massachusetts branch in Wilmington, MA. The Warehouse Associate will participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for storing, pulling, and packing materials as well as scanning orders received in the warehouse.

     

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup accordingto schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship)
    • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store)
    • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
    • Keep a clean and safe working environment
    • Optimize warehouse space utilized
    • Complete diary logs into inventory
    • Report any discrepancies
    • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
    • Operate and preventively maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
    • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations

     

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
    • Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods
    • Good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to lift 70 pounds repeatedly

    EXPERIENCE

    • 2+ years of warehouse experience

    HOURS

    • 40 hrs/week, possible OT
    • Required, flexible hours; 6:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • Mon – Fri, Saturday as required
