    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Trinity Solar is seeking a high-caliber, driven, and self-motivated individual to join our Sales
    Operations Support team for our evening shift (12:30 pm - 8:30 pm) at our headquarters in Wall,
    NJ. This individual needs to be able to support our ever-growing sales division across all states
    in which Trinity Solar operates. They will work with our sales team members to obtain all the
    necessary information from our customers to execute an agreement. Previous experience in
    the residential solar industry is helpful but not necessary as the candidate will receive thorough
    training.

    Responsibilities

    COMPENSATION:
     W-2 hourly pay

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review all information provided by the sales representative and customer to ensure

    accuracy when generating designs and proposals

    • Respond to all communications in a timely and professional manner
    • Address all questions and concerns that a rep may have in regards to a contract and/or

    design

    • Assist with special projects as assigned
    • The individual will need to effectively communicate pertinent information about the

    proposal and design as well as distribute all necessary documents to our sales
    personnel for execution.

    • They must be able to adapt to rapid changes and utilize critical thinking to provide the

    highest level of support to our sales team.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have a positive attitude
    • Must be dependable and reliable
    • Must be extremely detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
    • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have intermediate computer and mathematics skills
    • Must possess ability to grasp new concepts quickly
    • Must be able to adapt quickly to frequent changes
    • Must demonstrate effective time management
    • Must be able to identify issues, solve and respond to routine problems that require

    interpretation

    • Must be able to work independently and as a member of the team
    • Familiarity with Customer Relations Management systems is desirable but not required
