    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Trinity Solar, the Northeast’s largest privately-owned solar integrator, is looking for a Project Administrator to assist with all solar installation projects for our office located in Hanover, MD. The Project Administrator is responsible for the movement of all solar projects from contract signing through permission to operate, in addition to maintaining a positive customer experience. An ideal candidate for the Project Administrator will be detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as a team to attain set goals. This person must be able to adapt well to change, work in a fast paced, ever changing environment, and be willing and able to travel to our corporate office in Wall, NJ for a minimum of a week for training.

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review all information provided by Trinity Solar Sales Representatives and customers to ensure accuracy
    • Actively work with customers and Trinity Solar Sales Representatives to obtain and finalize all required documents for existing projects
    • Follow up on all outstanding tasks to keep projects moving; including constant communication between multiple departments within operations and sales as well as with our customers
    • Regularly maintain all active projects to ensure quality, consistency and completion of deadlines; keep sales personnel and customers informed on all progress of projects
    • Utilize organizational and time management skills to prioritize and adjust daily tasks and goals based on existing company timelines
    • Maintain a positive attitude and good working relationships with all personnel and customers

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficient in multiple forms of communication
    • Proficient organizational and time management skills
    • Strong decision making / problem solving
    • Ability to work with a team
    • Ability to work with inter departments
    • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a professional office environment
    • Computer Literacy (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office)
    • Salesforce experience preferred
