    About the Opportunity

    You will find a collegial, team-oriented, fast-paced and high-energy work environment.  We support one another in driving for and achieving our individual and team objectives.  As the Sales Field Administrator you will report to the Supervisor of Sales Administration and work cross functionally with executives, and members of our sales and operations teams to meet goals.



    • $16.00 – 18.00 per hour based on experience

    • Conduct Research to build and manage databases for solicitation licenses
    • Coordinate with managers and municipal offices to assist in licensing process
    • Track permitted employees in Salesforce
    • Maintain and update databases, such as Salesforce
    • Successfully communicate information in a streamlined manner
    • Collaborate with corporate departments during the application and payment process



    Desired Experience & Qualifications

    • Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong computer and typing skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
    • Experience with SalesForce
    • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and multitask
    • Professional and optimistic attitude
    • Strong ability to work in a team environment
    • Articulate with excellent customer service skills
    • Detail oriented, resourceful and self-sufficient
