About the Opportunity

You will find a collegial, team-oriented, fast-paced and high-energy work environment.  We support one another in driving for and achieving our individual and team objectives.  As the Sales Field Administrator you will report to the Supervisor of Sales Administration and work cross functionally with executives, and members of our sales and operations teams to meet goals.



  • $16.00 – 18.00 per hour based on experience

  • Receive and process incoming requests for all sales divisions
  • Conduct weekly reporting on multiple platforms
  • Technical Application Management
  • Manage CRM databases and team lists to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain clear communication with multiple departments
  • Work with field licensing team to gather information
  • Work in applicant tracking system


Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite
  • Experience with SalesForce
  • Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and multitask
  • Professional and optimistic attitude
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment
  • Articulate with excellent customer service skills
