    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Trinity is looking for talented people who are passionate about innovation, clean energy, and delivering the best possible service to our customers. We are seeking highly motivated and reliable candidates to join our Field Sales Divisions on a full time basis. These representatives are at the forefront of customer acquisition. You will participate in the sales process by generating leads and soliciting qualified homes for solar.

     

    COMPENSATION

    • $30,000 W-2 Base Salary including paid training plus performance-based commissions and monthly bonuses.
    • Can make $70,000-$120,000 your first year. Top producers can earn north of $150,000.
    • 401(k) available with employer contribution.
    • Benefits package including available medical, dental, vision and life insurances.
    • Career path opportunities in direct sales and management after one year.

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems
    • Serve as a consultant and provide useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners
    • Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge
    • Represent Trinity Solar and its brand with professionalism and integrity
    • Meet and exceed lead generation goals

    Qualifications

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ years of sales, customer service and/or consulting experience
    • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Must be self-driven & highly motivated
    • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and quotas
    • Must be flexible working weekend and evening hours
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask appropriately
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Certain opportunities require a clean DMV record
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
    • Applicants must be 18 years old or older
    • Bilingual abilities are a plus
    • Must have cell phone with data and internet
