    SOLAR OUTREACH REPRESENTATIVE

     

    Trinity Solar is seeking talented people to join our high-growth field sales divisions who are passionate about clean energy and delivering top quality service to our customers.  Ideal candidates are highly motivated, resourceful and reliable, looking to represent an industry-leading organization focused on changing how the world uses energy.

     

    We are hiring into several sales divisions with entry-level and experienced positions available, this ad being for entry-level sales positions, specifically. Our dynamic sales teams provide opportunity for upward and lateral career growth.  Sales positions are responsible for varying parts of the sales process, from qualifying sites and homeowners interested in solar energy to consulting customers on our many solar options.  Our customers rely on the Trinity brand for a top-quality experience, which starts with the sale.

     

    Compensation for Solar Outreach Representative

    • Varies based on experience. Entry-level employees earning $40-70k working more than 90 days with top representatives earning over $80k annually
    • Benefits package includes health & life insurance (vision & dental available)
    • W-2 compensation, 401(k) savings plan with employer contribution

    • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
    • Exceptional critical thinking skills
    • Able to perform with minimal supervision
    • Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
    • Flexible work schedule - must be available for evenings and Saturdays
    • 1+ years of sales, customer service and/or consulting experience
    • Applicants must be 18 years or older
    • Must have reliable personal transportation and consent to MVR review if necessary
    • Must have a cell phone with internet and data
    • Candidates offered employment will be subject to a criminal background check and possible drug testing
